Duties
- Handle all administrative tasks within the office and relevant partners
- Prepare official and formal administrative letter and document for the company
- Perform other administrative/ operation support task with other staffs and management team such as keeping appointment calendars and schedule
- Organize and coordinate the meeting with suppliers, investors, or relevant partners
- Greet walk-in customers and other visitors and escort them to destinations
- Copy, file, and maintain documents and records
- Answer, screen, and forward telephone call/ letters/ e-mails
- Check out for the tasks in the entire office
- Maintain office order and tidiness routinely
- Working as assigned by management team
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor degree in Business Administration or relevant equivalent certificate
- Fresh graduated with good academic records and performances are also welcome to apply
- Good command of English for communication (both speaking & writing)
- Computer literacy in Microsoft office package (Ms Word, Excel, Power Point, and Access),
- Strong interpersonal skills, negotiation skill, and accurate task-taker with a-can-do attitude
- Able to work under pressure and work as team
